Hello Winter Garden Little League Families, 

All players LA8 - LA 12 will be required to participate in our Spring 2021 evaluations this Saturday, January 30th, 2021. Details for the evaluations are below. 

While at evaluations, your player will need to do two things. 

1. Participate in Evaluations
1a. Your player will need to bring their own gear. (helmet, glove, hat, batting gloves, bat, etc.) (Gear will not be allowed to be shared!)
***COVID Rules will still apply on Saturday. All attendees will be required to wear masks while on property, unless the player is on the field performing their evaluation.***
Arrival Times for Evaluations
LA 9 - 12: Last Name ending in A-M: Arrive between 8am - 9:30am
LA 9 - 12: Last Name ending in N-Z: Arrive between 9:15am to 10:30am
LA 8: Arrive between 10:45am - 12:00pm

Evaluations will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Players will be assigned a number when arriving and will need to listen for their number. 

2. Uniform Fitting
2a. Before or after evaluations, your player will need to check in near the board room, in order to finalize sizes for uniforms. 

***IMPORTANT*** - If during registration, you did not upload either your player's birth certificate and/or your residency documents, you will need to bring them with you to evaluations. ***If all documents are not provided by the start of the season, you player will be unable to start until documents are provided!***

You need to provide one (1) document from EACH of the below groups for proof of residency.
